In order to accommodate your busy schedule, we see clients from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Fridays.
To expedite the paperwork on your first visit, please complete our New Client Information Form prior to your appointment.
Insurance
Many insurance plans require an authorization prior to the initial appointment. If you are unsure as to whether your insurance requires an authorization, call the number on the back of your insurance card. Clients that require an authorization must obtain the authorization number prior to scheduling the initial appointment.
Financial Arrangements
A standard fee is charged for all appointments. However, over 150 area businesses and organizations provide a limited number of free and discounted counseling sessions through an Employee Assistance Program. There are also over 40 area churches which contract with us to provide free or reduced cost counseling for their members. Many health insurance policies cover counseling so clients are able to preauthorize services. We are also able to provide counseling to a limited number of clients with financial difficulties for a reduced fee; our Business Office determines eligibility. Military families can be seen through services with Tri Care and Ceridian.
Confidentiality
Our counselors are bound by the code of ethical conduct of their professional licensing boards, the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, Inc. and state law.
